Payment policy

Online checkout is not currently enabled. Prices shown on this website are display values only and do not create a charge, subscription or renewal obligation.

If checkout is enabled later, the checkout page will show the amount, currency, billing period, included service scope and any renewal behavior before the customer confirms payment. A recurring charge will not be created unless it is clearly shown and expressly accepted.

A paid entitlement begins only after Hellocarcar receives a successful payment confirmation from the approved payment provider. A pending, declined or reversed transaction does not activate paid access.

The final checkout record governs the charged currency and amount. A bank, card issuer or payment provider may apply exchange-rate or processing charges outside Hellocarcar’s control. Hellocarcar will retain the transaction reference needed for reconciliation, support and legally required records.
