The general conditions for using Hellocarcar’s public website, account services and protected AI and information workspace.

Hellocarcar provides information organization and support workflows for cross-border automotive trade, including supplier, quotation, policy, procurement, dispute and report work. Features shown as unavailable, pending or coming later are not part of an active service until formally enabled.

Users must provide accurate account information, protect their credentials and use the service lawfully. Users must not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service operation, submit malicious content, misuse another party’s data or use outputs to facilitate fraud, sanctions evasion or other unlawful conduct.

Users remain responsible for having the right to submit their materials. Third-party data and AI-assisted outputs may be incomplete, outdated or inaccurate and must be checked against original sources and qualified human judgment before a commercial decision.

Displayed prices do not create a purchase while checkout is disabled. If paid service is enabled, the accepted checkout record and customer agreement define the purchased scope. Hellocarcar may change or suspend features for security, legal or operational reasons with appropriate notice where practicable. Governing law and dispute venue follow the signed customer agreement and any mandatory law; this general page does not select a jurisdiction by itself.
